We are seeking motivated Construction Workers to join our team in Portugal. As a crucial member of our construction crew, you will play a key role in various building projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general construction tasks such as digging, loading and unloading materials, and operating machinery.
- Assist with the installation of foundations, structures, and building components.
- Follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate construction.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven experience in construction work, with a minimum of 3 years preferred.
- Knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Basic understanding of materials and manufacturing.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification or training in construction trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in construction.
- Fluency in Polish and basic English language skills.
