Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing a variety of tasks related to planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.
- Monitoring and assessing crop health and growth.
- Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven experience in agricultural work, with a minimum of 2 years preferred.
- Knowledge of agricultural techniques, machinery operation, and crop management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in agricultural studies or related field.
- Familiarity with organic farming practices or sustainable agriculture.
- Fluency in Polish and basic English language skills.
